HTTP status code
- An HTTP status code is issued by a server in response to a client’s request to the server. The first digit of a status code specifies one of five standard classes of responses. The classes are Informational 1xx, Successful 2xx, Redirection 3xx, Client Error 4xx, and Server Error 5xx. “200 OK,” “301 Moved Permanently,” and “404 Not Found” may be among the most common and known status codes. ← Wikipedia
